The following terms and conditions apply for all trade with Westpack, including quotes, sale and delivery, despite contradictory conditions that may be specified on your order confirmation, unless agreed upon by both parties, for all standard items, sold from retail stock.
These Terms and Conditions, all transactions and/or orders relating to this website are governed by Danish law and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions.
For all custom-made products, production orders and otherwise non-standard products, specific terms and conditions are applicable.
Orders can be placed online (using the shopping basket), per e-mail or per telephone. You will be asked to register an account or sign into an existing account when you confirm an online order with us.
After submitting your order, an order confirmation will be sent.
For online orders, an order overview is issued automatically. This e-mail confirms that we have received your order; however it does not serve as a guarantee that we will be able to supply all of the items on your order. If we cannot accept or fulfil your order for any reason, we will contact you to explain the reasons why.
If you do not receive a confirmation number after submitting your order, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting your order, it is your responsibility to confirm with Westpack Customer Service whether or not your order has been placed. Westpack will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.
The order overview issued by the website does not serve as order confirmation.
Regardless of your preferred order method, you will always receive an order confirmation per e-mail, issued by our sales department, to confirm the order has been processed. An expected dispatch date will be listed on the order confirmation.
All customers are obliged to check the order confirmation immediately. If the order confirmation does not comply with the order you have placed, we ask you to contact our sales department immediately. Orders that exceed € 1300 will not be processed before we have received a signed approval of the issued order confirmation.
Westpack reserves the right to demand a signed approval of the order confirmation, for orders of less than € 1300, if deemed necessary by our customer service.
Your invoice will be issued digitally per e-mail after the order has been dispatched.
After an order has been invoiced, it is no longer possible to change the order and or the contact details on the given invoice. Should your company details no longer be accurate requiring a new invoice to be issued, we are obliged to charge a £8 / €10 administration fee if Westpack has not been notified of the changes before the order was confirmed.
Orders will be dispatched to the Billing Address indicated by you during the Checkout process, unless a different Delivery Address is indicated by you. Please ensure that the delivery details we hold for you are correct. We will send you an e-mail with shipping details and a tracking number as soon as your order has left the warehouse.
All items are delivered via a courier service. All parcels require a signature for delivery, which excludes deliveries to a P.O.box from our delivery options. If all items are in stock, they will usually be delivered as listed below.

Products ordered with logo print (re-orders only!) or products that need to be assembled will be dispatched from Westpack within 3 workdays, provided that the items are in stock. Stock goods will be dispatched within 24 hours, provided that the items are in stock. Some product lines, first-time orders for products with logo print, and custom-made products are not covered by these terms and conditions. Individual delivery terms are agreed upon for these product groups and will be confirmed on your order confirmation.
Freight Prices non-EU countries
All freight prices for deliveries in non-EU countries are estimates. Our sales department will confirm the freight price to you before the order will be processed. This means the freight price on your order overview can be different from the freight price on your final order confirmation.
It is not possible to add products to orders that have been processed. Any additions after the processing of the order has started will be handled as a new order and, therefore, be registered separately. In some cases, this may result in freight costs being added to both orders.
‘Westpack Bulk Buy’ products will be dispatched within maximum 6 weeks. Different items ordered on the same ‘Westpack Bulk Buy’ order are not guaranteed to be dispatched at the same time. ‘Westpack Bulk Buy’ items will be dispatched as soon as they are finished in production.
Prices are invoiced in GBP (Britain only), DKK (Denmark, Faroe Islands, Iceland and Greenland only), SEK (Sweden only), EURO (most EU countries) or USD (all other countries) depending on the selected invoicing address.
Westpack reserves the right to make price adjustments without preceding notification at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to correct the error and charge the correct price. Under these circumstances, we will contact you and notify you.
Costs for printing stamps clichés may occur on the order when ordering products with logo print for the first time. When you order products online, the costs for the clichés are not visible on the order overview issued automatically via the website. They will first appear on the order confirmation issued by our sales department.
Westpack will contact you straight away if there are any additional costs for the order which you should be aware of. Find more information in the FAQ on our website, or contact our sales department.
Only registered companies are able to trade with Westpack. Private orders will not be processed. For sole traders registered in Britain, exceptions are sometimes made.
Creditworthy customers, ordering from Denmark, Greenland, Iceland, Faroe Islands, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Norway, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Poland, with a valid VAT-number are able to receive a payment credit of 14 days.
When the invoiced amount has not been paid before the due date, a reminder will be issued. Administrative charges of € 15 will be added. Furthermore, 2% interest will be added for each month the invoice remains unpaid. A total of 3 reminders will be issued, after which, if the payment still has not been received, the case is transferred to a collection agency and the payment credit will be revoked.
Intracommunautairy trade applies for all EU-based customers with a valid European VAT number, provided the order will be delivered within the EU. Customers without a European VAT-number are required to pay 25% VAT. (Danish rates)

When placing an order, the full amount is reserved on your account by Westpack and payment is debited from your card only at the time of dispatch.
All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation and authorisation by both the card issuer and us to maintain security and prevent fraud. We also take security very seriously indeed, so your details will be safe with us.
Direct Debit (SEPA)
Customers paying in EURO, have the opportunity to pay by SEPA Direct Debit. When registering for SEPA Direct Debit, the order confirmation sent by our sales department serves as an announcement of the to be deducted amount, on the due date of the invoice. Choosing SEPA payment within 8 days will grant you a 2% invoice discount.

If you pay using your credit card you will be secured against fraud, since we are using SSL (Secure Socket Layer). SSL provides a secure connection, allowing you to transmit private data online. This will ensure your transaction, including credit card details, remains confidential.
We will only capture the payment once the order has left our warehouse. We are only able to capture the exact amount you have accepted when processing the payment.
We strive to ensure that your order arrives intact and complete. If you have ordered several products, they may not all arrive at once. Products that will be dispatched later, as a back order, will be invoiced separately. The expected delivery date of these products will be listed on the order confirmation.
You are obliged to check products upon receipt and inform our sales department if the received products are not of the usual quality. Westpack will assess your claim and if needed correct the mistake, replace the product or issue a credit note. The above only applies when the complaint is received by our sales department within 14 days from the date of invoicing.
The title to, and risk of loss of the goods, transfers to you upon dispatch (EX-WORKS delivery). Whilst the goods are in your possession you must take reasonable care of them and not use them until they are returned.
Westpack is not responsible for any damage or mistakes arising as a result of wrong handling, transport, storage, Force Majeure, or other conditions caused by a third party. Products being returned to Westpack are always returned on the customer’s account and risk.
If you decide to return you order once it has been delivered, we will refund or exchange your purchase as long as the original packaging is undamaged and the item is returned in a saleable condition. You will need to return your purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Unused and non-defective products can only be returned to Westpack by prior arrangement, accompanied by a fully filled out return form. We will provide you with the return number required to fill out this form. You will be liable for the return delivery costs of unwanted orders. The title to, and risk of loss of the goods, transfers to you upon dispatch of the order (EX-WORKS). Whilst the goods are in your possession you must take reasonable care of them and not use them until they are returned.
The goods must be in a saleable condition and must be returned in the original, undamaged packaging, along with any accessories and free gifts received with them. The original packaging provides the best protection for our products. We reserve the right to reject any returned items that were damaged due to insufficient packaging. It is recommended that the returned item is posted through a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in the post.
Returned products must be accompanied by a fully filled out return form.
On receipt of the returned, undamaged and unused item, we will issue a full refund for the cost of the product(s). Any items that are returned damaged or used, or with indications that you did not take reasonable care of them whilst they were in your possession, may result in a reduced refund.
Products with logo print, custom-made products and products that in any other way have been processed cannot be returned or exchanged. Discontinued products purchased at prices reduced by more than 40% cannot be returned.

Westpack reserves the right for misprints, sold-out products (back orders included), failure of suppliers’ transportation, changed product specifications and force majeure. Westpack cannot be held responsible for indirect consequential losses, as well as profit loss as a result of Westpack’s product responsibility, delays and/or missing delivery.
Westpack reserves the right to revoke access to our online shop, when the personal access is being abused or if the system is not used for a longer period of time. For security reasons, this will happen without any prior notification.

When completing forms or orders you may be asked for personal information such as name, address, postcode etc. It is only when you supply this type of information that you can be personally identified.
Westpack is responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of personal data that it holds. Data will not be sold and or provided to third parties.
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google.
