Packaging for shipping your products

If you ship a lot of products to your customers, you got to have the right tools, void filling, and postal boxes.

When your customers visit your online store, they are met with great service. Naturally, they expect to receive their order in mint condition - without transportation damages. Here, you get advice on how to securely prepare orders for shipment.

  1. Void filler:
    If you need a void filler for packaging, we recommend that you use curled-up kraft paper to fill up the box properly. When you use Westpack's postal boxes, it is important to choose the right size, so you don't end up shipping empty space. If you can't find a postal box that fits the jewellery box, you can use tissue paper, kraft tissue paper, or kraft paper as void fill.
  2. Corrugated paper
    Wrap corrugated paper around larger packages that require extra protection. When you purchase corrugated cardboard, we deliver iton rolls, so you can easily cut off a suitable piece.
  3. Bubble wrap:
    Bubble wrap is easy to use when you prepare your items for shipment. Wrap the soft bubble wrap around the item and place it in a suitably-sized box. If there is some air in the box, it is a good idea to fill out the void, so the product is secured.

Remember these primary tools: Scissors, hobby knife, tape, tape gun, packing list sleeves, etc.
