A Year of Measurable Results and Meaningful Progress
For us, ESG isn't about fine words – it's about documenting real change. And this year, we're seeing the results:
> We've reduced our total CO₂ emissions by more than 100 tonnes – despite increased sales. Achieved through more innovative logistics and improved efficiency.
> We are now ISO 14001 certified – a key strategic milestone that gives structure and transparency to our environmental efforts.
> And we've launched Eco Sponge – a breakthrough in our long-standing search for the perfect sustainable foam insert for our jewellery boxes.
Design with Intention – and a Holistic Perspective
Sustainability starts at the design table. With our Design for Sustainability concept, we help customers make conscious choices that reduce emissions and add value – without compromising on quality or aesthetics.
A great example is our partnership with Pernille Corydon Jewellery. They actively use our product declarations in their ESG work and climate reporting – because transparency and documentation are key to real progress.
Putting People at the Centre
Responsibility also means caring for people. This year, we introduced a new pay model in our workshop that values both professional skills and interpersonal contributions. At the same time, we've invested heavily in training and upskilling – from LEAN practices to digital tools and formal qualifications.
