Responsibility and systematics go hand in hand at Westpack. As our customer, you can be confident that we operate with a clear focus on both quality and environmental responsibility. Our certifications in ISO 9001 (quality management) and ISO 14001 (environmental management) ensure compliance with international standards, making it easier for you to achieve your own quality and sustainability goals.
ISO 9001 – structured quality

With our ISO 9001 certification, you can trust that we manage quality in a structured way across all processes. We are committed to continuous improvement, ensuring that you receive products and services that meet the same high standards every time:
- Consistent, high-quality products
- Documentation proving compliance in both product and service
- A strong and ongoing focus on your satisfaction
ISO 9001 is therefore more than a certificate – it is your guarantee that we continuously evolve and create value in our collaboration.
ISO 14001 – environmental goals
Our ISO 14001 certification provides a solid framework for working systematically with environmental responsibility and sustainability. We measure, monitor, and improve our impact, guided by clear and permanent objectives.

We have defined five key environmental indicators that shape our efforts:
- Heat consumption (kWh/m² per employee)
- Water consumption (m³ per employee)
- Electricity consumption (kWh per employee)
- Waste volume (tonnes per employee)
- CO₂ emissions (tonnes CO₂ per unit produced)
These indicators allow year-on-year comparisons and ensure realistic target setting. They serve both as management tools and as documentation of our progress.
As a growing business, we recognise that increased activity naturally leads to higher resource consumption. That is why our objectives are not designed to reduce overall consumption in absolute terms, but to optimise usage per employee or per unit produced. This way, we can balance growth with responsibility – and you can be confident that we hold ourselves accountable for sustainable and efficient development.
Certifications as part of our culture
For Westpack, certifications are a natural extension of a long-standing culture of continuous improvement. For many years, we have worked with responsible supply chains, certified materials, and energy optimisation – and both ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 build on these efforts.
That is why the certifications are more than just standards on paper – they are an integrated part of the way we do business, with quality, responsibility, and sustainability as a shared foundation.
Follow our progress
Our environmental goals and strategies are continuously documented and updated in our ESG reports. Here you can follow the actual development of our indicators and read more about how we work with certifications, policies, and our Code of Conduct.
