After we receive your order and your logo, our graphic designer will create a logo proof with a template of the product and your logo on it.
We will send the proof copy by e-mail within 1-3 workdays.
After you have accepted the proof copy, a sample will be made. You will receive a photo of this sample for approval. After you have accepted the sample, we start the production of the goods. The estimated processing time does not apply until this moment.
New customer or new logo?
In order to brand this product with your logo, a cliché or print stamp is required. We send you a proof copy first before anything is printed. Once the proof copy is accepted, we proceed with printing your order.
The cliché ordering process adds about two days to the processing time.

Returns
Standard products can be returned within 14 days. Custom printed products cannot be returned as they are made specifically for you. Please contact our customer service for return assistance.
