Jewellery Trays: Lightweight trays for travelling reps
We designed lightweight trays with a travelling salesman in mind. The elegant drawers are easy to transport and very functional.
If you often find yourself travelling with a jewellery collection, lightweight jewellery trays might be just the thing for you!
This easy-to-use storage and transport system, made from durable materials, has an elegant and straightforward design. Choose from many different inserts, e.g. for rings, earrings or pendants, or a combination thereof.
Find a 2 mm thick foam pad underneath each tray, stabilising them when piled, all the while protecting the content of the trays when stacked. As a bonus, your trays make a 'soft landing' when you put them down, and won't scratch any surfaces.
The trays are hand-assembled to order in Denmark and can be dispatched very quickly; we ship your order within 2-3 workdays.
Colours and material
All trays are composed of an outer tray, a partition and an insert. The outer trays are made from wood (MDF) and are coated with durable, fine-textured black leatherette (PU). The partitions are produced in vacuum-shaped plastic, sprayed with velour (flock) to provide a soft surface. The partitions are available in black or grey. The trays can come with two different types of inserts; either a luxury pad covered with soft velour or a simple foam pillow with velour coating (much like the insert of your jewellery boxes).
Sizes
The jewellery trays are available in three different sizes, that come in different heights. The trays can be all be stacked; you can pile two medium or three small trays atop one large tray.

Not all sizes are available in all heights. We pre-selected an appropriate height that matches the insert of the trays. Therefore, you won't have to worry about your tray being high enough. A ring tray, for example, will always have a certain height to it, so that the trays can be stacked without the rings peaking out.
Travel Cases and Bags
A collection of trays designed for travelling naturally also needs a means of transport. For this, we created a few different travel cases. For a small number of trays, a simple canvas zipper bag that can contain up to 6 medium trays might be the perfect solution. For more extensive collections, the aluminium travel case might be better. All travel cases are made in lightweight, durable materials.
