A Mystery Box is a gift you receive when you shop at Westpack during the campaign period.

Put simply, it’s a complete DIY kit – Creativity in a Box from Creativ Company – packed with materials and step-by-step instructions. That means you can open the box and get started right away – without needing anything else.

The contents vary. It could be Christmas decorations, macramé, modelling, paper flowers or resin casting. You never know exactly what you’ll get – but you can be sure it’s always a creative project designed to inspire, surprise, and be useful in everyday life or in your shop.

In short: The Mystery Box is our way of giving you a creative experience on top of your order.

The campaign runs from Monday 27 October to Sunday 3 November 2025. (So if you’re reading this in December… sorry, Santa – you missed it.)

STEP 2 – SPEND AT LEAST £400

Now the fun really begins! This Mystery Box is bigger, with even more materials and ideas. Perfect if you’re looking for extra inspiration – or a creative project for both relaxation and display.

STEP 3 – SPEND AT LEAST £800

The full experience. A luxury box packed with materials, projects and possibilities. Everything you need to turn an evening into a full-on creative event – whether at the office, in your shop or at home.

In fact, the contents can keep you creatively engaged for up to 30 hours – so we’re not just talking about a cosy break, but a full-scale creative journey.

HOW TO GET YOUR MYSTERY BOX

It’s simple – you don’t have to do anything extra.

Just place an order of at least £200 in the webshop between 27 October and 3 November 2025.

The Mystery Box will automatically be added to your basket when you shop.

We’ll pack your order and ship it – with the Mystery Box included.

You won’t know what’s inside the box until your parcel arrives.

That’s all there is to it: You order, we add the gift, and you get a surprise when you open your package.

WHAT’S INSIDE A MYSTERY BOX?

A Mystery Box is always a complete DIY kit from Creativ Company – and it can include many different types of creative projects.

You never know exactly what you’ll get.
But you can be sure of one thing: everything is included – materials, an idea, and step-by-step instructions so you can open the box and get started right away.

It could be, for example:

• A modelling project where you shape and create your own unique figures or decorations.

• A Christmas-themed project – perhaps elves, baubles, or ornaments you can personalise.

• A macramé or crochet kit – from chunky bags to decorative wall hangings for the home or shop.
