With all the things going on right now, perhaps you’re wondering what our status is at Westpack? In order to keep the corona virus from spreading further, The Danish government has issued directions for all operations in Denmark. At Westpack all day-to-day operations continue with some adjustments, which among other things means that many of our collogues are working from their homes.
It’s a strange situation. But don’t worry! We’re very fortunate to have a considerable number of products in our warehouse. Plus, our production in Denmark is still functional. All in all, it’s business as usual.
Our online shop is open 24 hours a day - We are still manning the phone, email and chat so don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are Westpack planning to shut down in the near future?
No. With all the precautions taken we are able to keep a fully functional production and sale department going. There are no plans to shut or scale down.

How is the stock situation?
Don’t worry! We are fortunate to have a lot of warehouse space. Across all categories, we have a considerable number of products in stock. As a large part of our assortment is produced in our own factory here in Denmark, we can keep the warehouse stocked.
Does the crisis affect your order processing time?
Due to the precautions we take, we are able to keep up with demand and keep our processing time normal. You can follow our current status on this page.
I heard that the boarders are closed – can I still get my products?
Yes, you can! We are aware that some parts of Europe, especially Italy, Spain and Austria, are shut down.

Yes. If you are having a hard time finding a supplier of items for postal packaging, we are here to help. We have large quantities in stock of:

Corona precautions at Westpack
To comply with the directions issued from the Danish government, Westpack has taken a number of precautions.
We are getting by with a minimum of employees being physically present.
- Maximum two persons in the sales office
- Maximum two persons in the marketing office
- One key account manager on site
- One employee in the economy department
The rest of the employees in these departments are working from home.
Travel
All travel activity is cancelled.
Meetings
All face-to-face meetings at Westpack has been cancelled. Key account managers are attending meetings with customers via Skype/phone, as also the internal Westpack employees keeps meetings virtual.
Our cafeteria
Employees are assigned to three separate dining teams, who each get to eat in the cafeteria for 20 minutes. This is done to ensure that as few people as possible are assembled at the same time. Tables are cleaned between each shift. Every other chair is removed, so there is more distance between employees.
Hygiene
All employees have been instructed to wash/disinfect hands often and to avoid close physical contact.
Flexibility
Employees get a more flexible workday, so childcare can be arranged more easily.
