As soon as we receive your order, the production process begins.

In-stock items without printing or additional processing are shipped within 24 hours on weekdays. If you order items with logo printing, they are typically dispatched within just 2-3 working days.

If this is your first time ordering items with logo printing, the process will take a little longer as we first need to produce your personalised printing plate. Once it’s ready, we’ll be able to print your items more quickly in the future.

Want to ensure your goods are delivered before Christmas? Then make sure you are aware of the following deadlines:

Denmark / Norway

With logo: 15 December

Without logo: 18 December

For delivery to Norway, the last order deadline is: 8 December

Germany / France / Poland / Sweden / Netherlands / United Kingdom / Ireland

With logo: 11 December

Without logo: 12 December

Spain / Italy / Portugal / Czech Republic / Hungary / Slovakia / Slovenia / Finland / United States

With logo: 8 December

Without logo: 10 December

The delivery time for items with logo printing depends on the product's specific production time. You can find delivery details on the individual product page.

We dispatch orders on all weekdays until 23rd December 2025, but please be aware that these orders will be delivered after Christmas.
